PEARED LLC (“Company” or “We” or “Our”) respects your privacy and is committed toprotecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types ofinformation we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the Peared MobileApplication (our “Mobile Application" or “App”) and our practices for collecting, using,maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This policy applies to information wecollect:

• On this Mobile Application.

• In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Mobile Application.

• Through mobile and desktop applications you download from this Mobile Application,which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and this MobileApplication

• When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party MobileApplications and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

It does not apply to information collected by:

• Us offline or through any other means, including on any other Mobile Applicationoperated by Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or

2. Where This Privacy Policy Applies

This Privacy Policy applies to websites, apps, events, and other services we operate under thePeared Brand. Whether you’re searching for your soulmate, joining us at one of our events, orusing any of our other awesome services, this Policy has got you covered. For simplicity, we justrefer to all of these as our “service” in this Privacy Policy

If for some reason, one of our services requires its own separate privacy policy, then that policywill be made available to you and that policy – not this policy – will apply

3. Data We Collect

We are unable to help you develop meaningful connections without you providing someinformation about yourself, like basic profile details and the types of people you would like tomeet. Using our service also generates some information, such as when you logged in and howyou used the service. We may also collect data from third parties, like when you access theservice through an account you have on another platform (e.g., Apple, Google or Facebook) orwhen you upload information from your account on another platform to complete your profile. Ifyou are interested in all the details, please see below.

  • a. Account Data
    When you create an account, you give us basic information for youraccount to be set up such as your phone number, email address, anddate of birth

  • b. Profile DataAccount Data
    When you complete your profile, you share additional details about you,such as your gender, interests, preferences, approximate location, etc.Some of this data may be considered sensitive or special in certaincountries, such as details about sexual orientation, sexual life, health,racial or ethnic origins, religious beliefs or political affiliations. If youchoose to provide this data, you consent to us using it as laid out in thisPrivacy Policy.

  • c. Content
    When you use our service, you may post photos, videos, audio, text andother types of content, such as your chats with other members.

  • d. Purchase DataAccount Data
    When you make a purchase, we keep the details of the transaction (e.g.what you purchased, the date of the transaction, and the price). The exactdata depends on the payment method you choose. When you pay directlywith us (rather than through a platform such as iOS or Android), youprovide your debit or credit card number or other financial information.

  • e. Marketing, Survey and Research Data
    We sometimes run (i) surveys, focus groups, or market studies forresearch purposes and (ii) promotions, events or contests for marketingpurposes. When you choose to participate, you give us information toprocess your entry and participation, as well as your responses to ourquestions and your feedback.

  • f. Third-Party Data
    When you choose to share with us information about other people (forexample, if you use the contact details of someone you know for a givenfeature or if you submit a query or report involving a member), we processthis data on your behalf to complete your request.

  • g. Customer Support Data
    When you contact us, you provide us with information that may benecessary to help address your enquiry. Other people may also submitqueries or reports involving you. Finally, our moderation tools and teamscan collect additional data as part of their investigations. We consider thesafety and security of members a top priority. Where legally allowed, wecan also receive information about suspected or convicted bad actorsfrom third parties as part of our efforts to ensure our members’ safety andsecurity.

    Using the service generates data about your activity, including how youuse it (e.g., when you logged in, features you’ve been using, actionstaken, information shown to you, referring webpages, ads you interactedwith) and how you interact with others (e.g., searching, matching,communicating). We may also receive data related to interactions youhad with our ads on third-party websites or apps.

    Using the service involves the collection of data from and about thedevice(s) you use to access our service, including hardware and softwareinformation such as IP address, device ID and type, apps settings andcharacteristics, app crashes, advertising IDs and identifiers associatedwith cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify a device orbrowser. • Other data we collect with your permission/consent

  • j. Geolocation DatIf you give us permission, we can collect your geolocation (latitude andlongitude) from your device. If you decline permission, features that relyon precise geolocation may not be available to you

    Using the service involves the collection of data from and about thedevice(s) you use to access our service, including hardware and softwareinformation such as IP address, device ID and type, apps settings andcharacteristics, app crashes, advertising IDs and identifiers associatedwith cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify a device orbrowser.   • l. ID Data
    You may provide us with a copy of your government-issued ID to help uscheck that you’re who you say you are.

4. Account & Data Deletion Requestsase r

If you wish to delete your account and/or request the removal of your personal data, you may doso at any time.

To initiate a deletion request, please email us at info@peareddating.com with the subject line“Account Deletion Request”. Please include the email address associated with your account sowe can verify your identity.

• Confirm your identity and account ownership.

• Permanently delete your account and any associated personal data within 30days (or sooner, as required by law).

• Notify you when the deletion process is complete.

5. Cookie Policy

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

• Cookies (or browser cookies).

• A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You mayrefuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on yourbrowser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certainparts of our Mobile Application. Unless you have adjusted your browser settingso that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct yourbrowser to our Mobile Application

• Web Beacons. Pages of our Mobile Application and our emails may containsmall electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixeltags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count userswho have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related MobileApplication statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain MobileApplication content and verifying system and server integrity).

• Flash Cookies. Certain features of our Mobile Application may use local storedobjects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferencesand navigation to, from, and on our Mobile Application. Flash cookies are notmanaged by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies. We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personalinformation about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us

Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Mobile Application are served bythird-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and applicationproviders. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons orother tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our MobileApplication. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information orthey may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities overtime and across different Mobile Applications and other online services. They may use thisinformation to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If youhave any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact theresponsible provider directly. 6. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personalinformation:

• To present our Mobile Application and its contents to you.

• To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.

• To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

• To provide you with notices about your account/subscription, including expiration andrenewal notices.

• To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered intobetween you and us, including for billing and collection.

• To notify you about changes to our Mobile Application or any products or services weoffer or provide though it.

• To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Mobile Application.

• In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

• For any other purpose with your consent.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third-parties' goods andservices that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way,please check the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the orderform/ registration form)/adjust your user preferences in your account profile. We may use theinformation we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to ouradvertisers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information forthese purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement,the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

7. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identifyany individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or youprovide as described in this privacy policy:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our businessand who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidentialand use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring,reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Peared LLC'sassets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similarproceeding, in which personal information held by Peared LLC about our Mobile Application users is among the assets transferred.

• To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have consented to/notopted out of these disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keeppersonal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose itto them. For more information, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose YourInformation.

• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an emailaddress to use the "email a friend" feature of our Mobile Application, we will transmit thecontents of that email and your email address to the recipients.

• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

• With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to anygovernment or regulatory request.

• To enforce or apply our terms of use or terms of sale and other agreements, including forbilling and collection purposes.

• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, orsafety of Peared, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information withother companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit riskreduction.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Because we operate a global service, the sharing of your data laid out in Section 5 involvescross-border data transfers to the United States of America and other countries that may havedifferent laws about data processing. When we transfer personal data outside of the EEA, theUnited Kingdom, Switzerland or other countries whose data protection laws have been deemedadequate by the European Commission or other competent governmental bodies, we typicallyrely on what are called standard contract clauses. These standard contractual clauses arecommitments between companies transferring personal data, binding them to protect theprivacy and security of your data. 9. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. Wehave created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

• Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or somebrowser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you canmanage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe'sMobile Application. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of thissite may then be inaccessible or not function properly

• Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to shareyour personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotionalpurposes, you can opt-out by sending us an email with your request to our support team at info@Peareddating.com.

• Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' productsor services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to info@Peareddating.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us areturn email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does notapply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase,warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

• Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that youprovide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audiencepreferences, you can opt-out by you can opt-out by sending us an email stating yourrequest to info@Peareddating.com.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-basedadvertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have yourinformation collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads frommembers of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's Mobile Application.Residents of certain states, such as California, Nevada, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, andUtah may have additional personal information rights and choices. 10. Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our useof their personal information. California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83)permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regardingour disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Tomake such a request, please send an email to info@Peareddating.com.

OR

Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah each provide their state residents with rights to:

• Confirm whether we process their personal information.

• Access and delete certain personal information.

• Data portability

• Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales. Colorado,Connecticut, and Virginia also provide their state residents with rights to:

• Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information'snature processing purpose.

• Opt-out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significanteffects.

Nevadaprovides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales.Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request to this designatedaddress: info@Peareddating.com. However, please know we do not currently sell datatriggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

11. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidentalloss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provideto us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions and personalinformation will be encrypted.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (orwhere you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Mobile Application, youare responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your passwordwith anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of theMobile Application like message boards. The information you share in public areas may beviewed by any user of the Mobile Application.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the securityof your personal information transmitted to our Mobile Application. Any transmission of personalinformation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settingsor security measures contained on the Mobile Application.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our service is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permitindividuals under the age of 18 on our platform. If you suspect that a member is under the ageof 18, please use the reporting mechanism available on the service.

13. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we makematerial changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email tothe primary email address specified in your account. The date the privacy policy was lastrevised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have anup-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our MobileApplication and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
